I guess this is what you call a “first-world problem”. Got so used to internet that I forgot some places don’t even have stable internet connection… or internet at all…
I mean I guess having mobile data as a “backup” makes this only a slight annoyance…

i wonder how viable is the calyx internet box?
I’ve used it before… don’t remember the exact details, but in summary: It’s meh. You can’t really use it as a main internet, you can use that plus you phone (on a non-tmobile carrier) data as a backup. Sometimes its good, times it’s… ugh…
For example: You can’t be doing “work from home” over this as your sole internet connection especially if its synchonous like a virtual video meeting or something. It’s more like a backup to cover the gaps of outage of your prinary internet. (Just pray both doesn’t go out at the same time)
