I’ve noticed this bug for sometime. While scrolling sometimes the context menu registers a touch and opens when not intended.

This seems to happen only if you hold the icon for a little while. It’s the default behavior for iOS (it enables you to swipe to select an option) so not sure it’s possible to avoid unfortunately.

This has happened to me too. I believe it’s the placement of the … button that is the issue. It’s in the thumb radius used for scrolling. Maybe relocating it elsewhere might help. Also, I often trigger that menu instead of entering the post. The bottom bar is pretty jammed packed and there is t a good spot to tap to enter some articles. Tapping on the left side enters OP’s profile or the sub, right are up/down vote and middle is the … menu. Higher is is a picture which just makes it bigger. I sometimes have to scroll all the way to the title of the post to open it.

So I only have this issue with this app, I haven’t had this issue with other lemmy apps. Not sure if that’s just due to placement of the button or what. If I’m just scrolling through it’ll happen maybe once every 10th swipe up. I’ll try to do a screen record.
