I’m often participating in multiple conversations at once. So it’s particularly necessary to go to the original context when reading a comment reply.
However, when I get a new comment reply, I click on it in the inbox to go to the context, it appears to try to load the context and scroll to the right spot but if the thread has more comments than fit on a screen, then it just scrolls down one page, and stops scrolling before loading/displaying more comments. This means I have to do a lot of scrolling before I get to the highlighted comment.
It’s actually quite annoying.
Oh man, and my phone closed the app when I switched away to research something for a reply… came back and my half-typed reply is gone and so is the context.
It’s gonna be a while before we’re at an Apollo level of finish (not that even that was perfect)
Apollo was six years old when it died. Bean is not even six months. Report issues as you find them (like you have), and be patient.
Just sucks, to be technologically set back in such a way. Fucking Reddit. 30 days notice…
