      By toilet flush handle you mean the lever you pull with your hand to flush the toilet or does it mean something else thats inside the toilet? Why would you not buy that used? Its usually aluminium or something that just wipes clean with alcohol.

        It’s both the handle on the outside and the rod and chain part on the inside connected to the handle that lifts the flapper. And no amount if alcohol wipes would make me trust a part that could have potentially been installed in someone else’s toilet, even if it is aage I could not get over the ick factor
