I don’t know exactly why. A quick search told me that “because the people wanted that way”. In Brazil, we don’t use the area code for local calls, so, if they created a new area code for the same city (like we have in Montreal, the 514 and the 438), it would cause confusion.

My first thought was “either Hollywood lied to me (SHOCKING) or the current 747 has a series of defenses, flares, electronic countermeasures, and what not that this new plane doesn’t have”.

Brazil has a stupid numbering system for phones, now. Instead of having three digits area codes and several area codes for highly populated areas, they have two digits area codes and nine digits phone numbers. (But it’s not the case here, here is a scam caller)

Considering it’s Florida, yeah I’m a bit surprised. Thankful, but a bit surprised.

I have the AirPod pro. It has a feature called transparency, where it transfers the ambient sound into the ear, plus the music, so it should be like you aren’t using anything. The problem is, the frequencies are not the same. I start hearing louder noises in higher frequencies. I think I understand what you go through with the air dryer.

Well, because the air dryer is fucking loud! And even the ones that are not that loud, your watch is that close to it, so it will say it’s a loud environment. That’s what it does!

I was in the US two weeks ago and went up and down with Uber. Five families, two with iPhones and three with Androids. I didn’t notice anything special. In fact, I took a ride cheaper than my Android friend. We were going back to the airport and to a certain terminal. They wanted to go to another.
