9·2 years agoI’ve never been personally affected by war. That is to say, I’ve never seen the front lines, never seen a bombed out house, never lost friends or family to war, never served in the military. The closest I’ve been is history class and videos online and in the news.
However, I’ve come to the realization that war is an absolute last option that should be avoided whenever possible. The loss of innocent lives is too great.

5·2 years agoYou have to at least make replacement rate for nurses to keep the shortages from becoming worse which means either better retention of nurses through better pay and benefits or you have to train more. The Philippines is going to have that problem until the pull of Canadian dollars isn’t strong enough to justify the move.
