Yeah my brain couldn’t figure that sentence out at all.
If there’s a little hiccup in the economy people may decide their car note isn’t as important as food, especially if they lose their job and no longer need to get to work.
Oh you’re saying it might be illegal, but technically not prosecuted under theft.

I would hope a company handling the volume of money like casinos do, would at least have small regional bank level cyber security.
I’ve never been personally affected by war. That is to say, I’ve never seen the front lines, never seen a bombed out house, never lost friends or family to war, never served in the military. The closest I’ve been is history class and videos online and in the news.
However, I’ve come to the realization that war is an absolute last option that should be avoided whenever possible. The loss of innocent lives is too great.
You have to at least make replacement rate for nurses to keep the shortages from becoming worse which means either better retention of nurses through better pay and benefits or you have to train more. The Philippines is going to have that problem until the pull of Canadian dollars isn’t strong enough to justify the move.
It only won best picture, NBD.
