Look, the test is really bad about detecting weight issues so if you score high enough on the annual fitness test, you don’t have to take it. So that leaves all the soldiers with much more muscle out of the outliers. The Army tests Height and Weight every year. Those rucks will take an inch or two off you as your vertebrae get crushed.

That said, if the civilian arm in charge of the military, e.g. the executive branch, decides to say that the Army can, and should, unilaterally bomb unidentified boats in their region for ‘defence purposes’, that’s now a lawful order so you can’t deny that one.
