Well, some of them are built so that the valves don’t fall off at all.
I’m not saying it wasn’t safe. It’s just perhaps not quite as safe as some of the other ones.

There was a chemical spill at a solar cell factory near here recently.
1500 gallons of bad stuff. Then a week later there was a spill of a different toxic substance there.
The best part? Look at the picture. Those white buildings are the solar factory. The red clay area in this old map is now an elementary school.
Let’s just say that people who shit bricks that the school and factory were so close together suddenly shat more bricks. Lots of people were very upset.
